WARNING: a shooting in Bamako at least four dead, including one French and one Belgian

A shootout erupted in the restaurant "The Terrace" in Bamako. A French national and a Belgian were killed and a Malian police and a fourth person who kept a neighboring property. Two other European nationals could be affected. The restaurant is located in the district of the Hippodrome, in a busy street in the Malian capital.
