Ghanaian Pastor Forgets His Name At London's Heathrow Airport

By Philip Otuo,

A UK based Ghanaian pastor, Samuel Akoto, has been jailed for 5 years after he forgot his name at London’s Heathrow airport.

The man of God who was returning from a holiday in Ghana was arrested at the airport on suspicion of identify fraud after he struggled to give a name when asked by an immigration officer.

The pastor also known as David Antwi is the sole pastor for Mount Zion Prayer House Ministries

It seems the man of God has not forgotten about his past name, Samuel Akoto, which he used in claiming asylum in the UK but was refused.

The pastor who is involved in a sham marriage for papers with a member of his congregation under his new name of David Antwi got the names mixed up at the airport.

Ghanavibes.com was informed that after his arrest, police discovered a driving license with his picture and a Congolese name when they visited his two bedroom flat. The children he claims to have with the woman in the sham marriage when questioned denied him being their father.
