The Presidential jet of Ghana caught fire Tuesday morning whilst landing at the Kotoka International Airport, Starr News can confirm.

According to reliable sources at Ghana's premier international Airport, there were no injuries.

It is unclear if the President was on board the plane when the accident occurred.

The presidential jet developed a fault on December 5, 2014 when President John Mahama was leaving the Ashanti region to celebrate the Farmer's Day in Sefwi Wiawso of the Western region.
