Floyd Mayweather uses multiple mouthpieces that are worth $25,000 each, and has actual gold, diamonds, and money in it.
Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather will in fact have real money in his mouth when he faces Manny Pacquiao on May 2nd. The 38-year-old had custom mouth pieces made for his upcoming mega-fight and each of them cost a whopping $25,000.
Why is it that expensive? Custom fitted mouth guards already cost a lot in general, but the price tag has been upped significantly because of what Floyd asked to be put in them. TMZ has it:

Floyd often customizes his guards with things like gold flakes, diamonds and real $100 bills (sealed inside the mouthguard)
Plus, Dr. Guase often flies out to Vegas to customize the fit for “Money” before a fight — and Floyd says Gause’s guards help him breathe better than other mouthpieces.
We spoke with Floyd, who tells us, “My career’s gone on 19 years and I’ve been able to preserve my smile.”
It may not be as extravagant as Mayweather’s mouth guards, but a certain UFC fighter also recently had gold in her mouth.
Former strawweight champ Carla Esparza celebrated her title win after TUF by eating a $1000 sundae, which really had edible gold in it.
Say what you want about Floyd, but no one can argue that he didn’t put his money where his mouth is…
