We have two children, how can my husband be gay? 2nd Lady rubbishes rumours

Second Lady Matilda Amissah-Arthur has today emphatically denied allegations that her husband is gay.
This was after the question was posed to her during an interview on JoyFm's Home Affairs in her home, ahead of International Women's Day tomorrow.

Mrs Amissah-Arthur wondered why the subject keeps coming up especially when her husband cleared the air on that during his vetting.
She expressed her belief that the rumours are part of political attempt to besmirch her husband's name and insisted that as his wife, she would know if the rumours have any merit.
“I'm his wife. We have two children. We've been married for 36 years. You think if he was gay I would be living with him? Or you think if he was gay I wouldn't know?”
She stated emphatically, “No, No, No, my husband is not gay, has never been gay, we are happily married, we have two children”.
