A 42 year old man is in
the grips of the Tema Harbour police for attempting to film the nakedness of
females of a company in the industrial city.
Victor
Owusu Gyasi, crime officer of Marring Railways Police station told Adom News
that the man was arrested by the police after a female that works at Army
Shipping reported of suspicious movements.
The
unnamed female, ASP Johnson Gyegre said, on noticing a suspicious movement in
the washroom when she went there to urinate queried the man on what he was
doing at the venue.
According
to the police officer, Owusu Gyasi mentioned a name which the lady that works
in the company could not readily recognize and hence confronted him.
Together
with security personnel at the location, they arrested the man who was wielding
a camera with which he was prepared to film the nakedness of ladies to come to
the washroom.
“However,
after examining his camera, we realized he could not capture anything…he was
now about to capture anything serious…,” he said.
The
police after cross examining him have charged him and would grant him bail for
him to appear for court.
